If you read from last years threads, that may be a good starting point. I heard they sucked last year because the adcom threw a bunch of "theoretical and ethical" questions at the group. There were a ton of posts that said it didnt feel very inviting. That was a few of their opinions though (it doesnt make it true). But I would start there at last years threads. Good luck.
