The push by the ASA to resurrect the long much needed AA programs is due to the opt In. The ASA knows that the days of paying two providers for one anesthetic are coming to an end and the opt In confirms the same. With the coming health care reform there will not be enough money available from the government or private third party payers for MDAs to bill for over paid CRNA's. By then the horse will be completely out of the barn and it will be way too late to ride the cherry moon slide to Jupiter on a super Sunday banana boat float witha BOOM BOOM my beat so strong its like steppin on lepercon...to late to get your head out of the sandy diamond Bahama bread beach. I am just a little scared ok? I feel threatened that my CRNA job is on the line and I am just freaking out...oh my god what am I going to do ..please help me..I need to wise up before its to late...
