Nova, South, & UMKC for sure take the highest grade; although they look at your overall transcript. I'm not sure about Emory though. Ive been trying to find out the same info about Emory for the past few weeks.
I also don't know about CWR, but I don't intend to even apply there. They wont accept my biochemistry. Its almost as though the admissions office acted like they were an elitist program.
