Aren't many of them, and they are quite busy. Certainly could be better, but they do the best with the resources they have. All critical questions I've had were answered in a timely manner. Just keep in mind they get messages from students, future students, families, administrators, staff and faculty...
Be nice if they hired someone else to help take the load off - things would be smoother then. I know it can get frustrating, just try and bear with them.
