My previous posts were as "DAVE J." I now add CRNA so you all know my back ground.
I think that if an AA and a CRNA both work in a group under MDAs, with the responsibilities being the same, then the AA and the CRNA should be paid the same.
However if the CRNA does anything that the AA can not do, such as epidurals in OB, then the CRNA should be paid more.
