I have been interested in becoming an AA for several years. I am in the process of re-taking some classes and working on making my application stronger. I hope to apply to schools next year. I know I am not the “target audience”, but the more I can learn about the profession, the better. I live near Clearwater, so I have plans to attend the AAAA conference (Sat. & Sun only). I may not understand everything that is being discussed, but I figured it couldn’t hurt. Plus, it is my understanding that all of the schools will have an exhibit/representative to give out more information. Is anyone else going who is not an AA or current student?
