I was accepted to NOVA. Just received a background check request from them. I know I have a shoplifting incident at walmart a few years back that was dismissed and dropped from court completely by nulle prosequi. I dont know if they can take away my acceptance because of this. I knew I should have expunged it years back. Now I cant do it because it take 5-7 months to expunge and classes are starting June 1. Please give me advice.
