I interviewed at Nova and South last year. There's a lot of good information in past posts about the interviews. Last year the south interview consisted of three different sessions. Each one had an anesthesiologist, current AA, and current South AA student in it. They basically asked you questions regarding why you wanted to be an AA, you're past medical/work experience, and some other random questions. The Nova interview was really laid back. They asked similar questions to the South interview but seemed to be getting more of a feel for your personality and how you'd fit in the program. I got an interview at Emory but ended up not going to it after being accepted where I wanted to go.
