There was mention of two new programs possibly starting in the next few years. One was at Johns Hopkins University in Baltimore, and the other was somewhere in Connecticut.
We were told that a group from Johns Hopkins actually came down to tour the Emory facilities.
Of course, the first steps in each of those states would have to be the official recognition of the AA profession and scope of practice statutes.
