No, response to above question, but I believe Emory students can train in 14 states. I would hope that students could have a ranking system to choose their rotations. I'd love to go to Houston and do a rotation/"job interview" there. If they see you shine in a rotation you leave a good impression and thus more likely to secure a position.

Within the Emory system (Emory, Grady, VA, Crawford Long, Egleston) they are not taught how to perform regional anesthesia. SOME of the outside clinical rotations will teach students some regional techniques.
