So true I agree with you 100% if the AA-C profession wants to produce the brightest Anesthetist and increase the numbers of AA-Cs through out the nation. I feel It's only right and common sense to to help those AA-S who are making C to bring there grades up instead of criticizing them. Remember we are a TEAM!.
That responsibility comes from the Instructors whether your An MDA or AA-C during clinical in the long run all It's going to do is come back to bite you! and also make you look bad. If you want to win the battle then you know what to do.
