No, you are compared to people in a day or perhaps a couple of days, but no longer than that. I don't know why they do it that way, but I guess it just gives them another way to standard the test. I have even been told to take it on Monday because the percentiles come out higher... how crazy is that? Apparently very few people take it at the beginning of the week.
