If you are in a situation where you have AAs and CRNAs working together, both under the supervision of MDAs, I would like to hear about it.
Describe the arrangement..
Do you both get the same pay? Do you both get the same benefits? Is there a CRNA or AA training program at the facility? If yes, are both CRNAs and AAs allowed to be clinical instructors to the other or must they each stick to their own?
