I'm with Craig -- is it possible to fit in any exercise time?
I like to go to the park and run each day; once stretching, cool-down, etc. have commenced, each session ends up taking about 1 hr., 20 mins. On days when I go to the gym after the park, I work-out for approximately 40 minutes.
Is it possible to fit ANY of this in? I usually do my exercise in the early afternoon (around 11 AM), so I guess that much, at least, will have to change...
It's going to suck not being able to get the park until after sunset!
