If you are looking to get your Masters, there are Master degree RA programs...You do not have to get another Bachelors degree.....
Anyway, RA programs are popping up everywhere, so they are up and coming.... I say go for it.... I just found out that there are at least 2 programs in the state of Pennsylvania that were not there last year, as far as I know. One does offer the masters degree.... So just check around if you are interested in it....
As far as reimbursement is concerned, there are always going to be kinks in areas which are just starting out. In due time, these kinks will be ironed out and RA's will be like any other mid-level practitioner......
