I agree with Terrance in that you seem a bit negative about your grades and your GRE scores. Most of these schools have 300 or more applicants each year..... I really wouldn't be concerned with what people on this board say about your ability to be competitive. The only people you need to be concerned with are those who will be looking at you as an applicant. If you want to find out whether you are a competitive applicant, ask the program directors what they are looking for. Everyone that I have talked to at the different schools are very open and easy to talk to. They will answer any questions that you may have. As far as "What are your chances?"..... If you meet the minimum requirements, APPLY!!!! The worst they can do is tell you No....
