Read the proposal, it's for CRNA and AA which makes perfect sense to me. That is the way this crap should be done and maybe we can end all this territorial nonsense.
Again, my view is that for other professionals, namely PA's, who are equivalent to NP's should have an equivalent program to go into that is medically oriented vs nursing model. Teaching both programs at the same school makes a lot of sense. The AA national body should try to make peace and approach it from this perspective, perhaps they could agree to open other existing CRNA programs to allow AA candidates with existing healthcare experience or advanced degrees to get past the "B.S." BS if you know what I mean. The MCAT is a good equalizer to the GRE requirement for Masters programs.
