US Military hospitals hire civilian CRNAs. Check out Landstuhl Army Base in Germany. I know they have hired civilian CRNAs in the past. England may have some bases but with the Clinton downsizing, they probably only have clinics rather than hospitals. There is nothing in Ireland that I know of.
I think the closest you can come for a job is a PACU nurse.
