Again, I think you guys all seem a little stressed and are looking to much into everything. When you are trying to decide on a career, you always say what can this position offer me. Its not selfish, its life. Once you decide on the profession, then it is time to say what can I offer to make myself competitive in the market. Stop beating up on everyone for expressing their thoughts. Anyways, to answer the questions posed to me, my GPA is 3.0, which I know is not stellar. But, I went to a major university and did a good bit of research and other things to beef up my application. I think the schoools really take the entire person into consideration. So, dont worry so much about GPA and all that. If its low, take some extra classes. I took extra sciences after I decided to apply and made straight As to prove I could make it. Yeah, it was alot of work, but I am in despite a rocky undergrad. By the way, I got interviews at all three Southern schools. Finally, I say blow off all these negative people.
