I agree with you about the administrative assistant at NOVA. But Jeri over at Emory is much worse. When I asked her what I could have done to improve my application for this year she didn't give me much help and quickly got off the phone with me (which is the probably the reason why I didn't even get an interview with Emory this year). Plus when we had to write our evaluations about her she told us to be careful what we write about her because she knows what our handwriting looks like and reminded us that she helps decide who gets into the program. I felt that was extremely inappropriate.
