Well again with a starting salary of even 110 and no extra over time. please help calculate the yearly raise. I dont wanna know what I can make per year max. For example. At 110k a year 40 hour work week 52 weeks a year the hourly salary would be 52.88. If I were to get a 4% to 5% increace a year could this hourly rage really go as high as 100 dollars an hour after enough years go by? or will there be a cap?
