I am a first year student, about to begin next week, who already went through the application cycle last year. If I were you, I would still apply to the Emory program if that is the program you are wanting to ultimately attend. Keep your options open though, as every school offers something different that might appeal to you. My friend got accepted into the Emory program without taking A&P 2. He took the class over the fall 2018 and they still accepted him before him passing the class, so physics shouldnt be any different. As long as all the prereqs/requirements are met before matriculation. Also, I wouldn't retake anatomy if I were you. Even though you have a C, your cGPA is average and test scores are good enough to push you through. Just apply early to get looked at before everyone else and if they ask why you have a C, explain to them where you went wrong and how you could have fixed it.
