I lucked out - the hospital in my area (central coastal FL) the group employed AAs and it made it way easier to shadow vs trying to do it through the hospital - which never worked out - gaswork.com - search the jobs in the areas - it will usually say what hospital it is for and go from there is my advice.

Also - you can shadow crna or physician and it will count - just be careful letting the crna know about shadowing for purpose of AA - I had one completely ignore me after finding out I was wanting to do AA and the other tried to convince me to go to nursing school and become a - the docs were very helpful in regard to that and welcomed me to shadowing.
