How do you get an interview to Nova?

My stats are subpar.... below 300 on the GRE, undergrad GPA was 2.8 but my science prereqs GPA was a 3.7.
I have healthcare experience.
I just want an interview to plead my case at Nova.
What are my chances of getting an interview and being accepted???
Any opinions or experience would be helpful.
