I don't think tuition changes much between first and second year. If you do a lot of rotations around the country 2nd year, you have to remember that you are going to have to pay for housing wherever you go (unless you are able to live with family, friends, etc.).

Most people live in Davie near campus, some live downtown. It depends on what you want. I am definitely not going to disclose my financial situation on a public board. Loan amounts are different for everyone depending on your situation and how responsible you are with loan money. If you don't have any money saved up, you will have to take out federal and grad plus loans in order to cover housing and tuition. I bet some people come out of AA school close to 100K in debt.

A quick google search of Nova tuition (7 semesters) and living expenses in SoFL should give you a good idea of how much you are going to spend while in school.
