Do most practices have a preference on who they hire for part-time work in terms of years of experience?
And just out of curiosity, if a part-time AA works the same types of cases as a full-time AA but for a shorter amount of time (and less money), what's the benefit to the group in hiring an experienced AA for a part-time position?
It seems like a part-time AA and a full-time AA are the same professional, with the only difference between the two being that they have different work schedules, so I don't really understand why some people seem to frown upon the prospect of part-time work.
