I would think that they'd be almost obligated to consider the fact that your grades have recently been representing a positive trend. What else can they do? Ignore the fact that you're trying to improve your grades based on classes you took years ago that you made mistakes in that can't be undone?

You mentioned that you will be applying a third time to AA schools. Do you mind if I ask if you have had an interview at Emory, or were you rejected without interview offers after each of your first 2 application attempts? Did they give you an analysis of why your application was rejected each time?
