Well, it's not really an expansion if the vast majority of new graduates will be concentrated in the northeast/midwest instead of working in the southeast; I'd call that more of a re-distribution than an expansion. Sure, graduates will be introducing the profession to new regions, but why should someone paying $70k+ in tuition be obligated to work in a particular area to fulfill some kind of national goal held by the AAAA? And how can you say I know "nothing about" the supply/demand curve and yet acknowledge, in the same sentence, that an AA working in GA will probably earn a lower salary?
