With that said, some of you, and you know who you are, are embarrassing yourselves and your future profession by your condescending nature. Show some class when you are talking to your future colleagues. At some point in everyone's life, they look for some kind of direction. So, lay off the (Perspective) applicant with lower test scores (regardless of the exam they took), lay off the the guy who had to retake O-Chem, Bio 1 and 2, and calculus. Lay off of the guy who has only recently found out about this profession. You know who you are, and YOU ARE NOT SUPERIOR TO THEM OR ANYONE!
Just FYI- I was that applicant. I was the guy who BARELY met the standards of my school - for the exam I took to get in. I am that applicant who had to retake gen-chem and biology and O-chem and physics. And you know what?? I AM that student who not only got accepted, but who also is at the top of my class. I AM that student who rocks it in the OR. I AM that student who is going to pass my NCCAA exam next month. So don't you DARE tell other people that it cant be done!
This site is frequented by anesthesia providers of all varieties. Remember who you are, and that you represent more than just yourself.
