Why does there appear to be such a discrepancy between all of the people posting salaries. It seems like a lot of people know that salary offers were made in the 100-115k range and the other half have heard salaries have dipped into the 90's. Has the market changed recently and the latter half just have more recent salary info?

I know people have posted that there are some students without jobs, so do the groups know this and are trying to get new grads at a discount due to desperation?

Just trying to undersand/sort out the confusion
