by all means crank out more AA's who cannot find work, compete with each other and drive the ACT pay into the ground.
Seriously the market sucks all around right now and with the push for AA's being political one may have to expect that the ASA will sacrifice the AA for expedience. Not that it is deserved but it is a political reality.
