Extra curriculars were not anything notable, had done some research and summer internships which were not healthcare related. Shadowed an AA for 8 hours and applied.
I felt like I interviewed well. Basically, they try to throw you off your game, see how you react "under stress" with oddball questions etc... If you come across as reasonably intelligent and don't lose your cool you have a good shot of getting in. Pretty much everyone from my interview group who I thought would get in got in.
