I have Android KitKat on my phone like Lori does. I don't text a lot, but a couple of times relatives have tried to send me texts with photos that seem to need to be downloaded and my phone can't do it; I get a notification that the "message is unavailable or has expired." So far I have never received a photo in a text message.

Any thoughts?
