I got the scoop on Adblock Plus for Android. It used to be available at the Google Play Store, but they removed it:

I installed it by going to this page on my phone:

https://adblockplus.org/en/android-install

It's kinda tricky because I had to configure it manually, going into Settings>>Unknown Sources on my phone, for starters. It will lead you through it. Not sure how well it works yet as I don't have time to play around with it right now.

The phone will tell you that you are using it at your own risk. I took a chance.
