I have an Android smartphone running KitKat 4.4, I believe, and I can't add my WebTV email address to my phone, even after trying it several different times and several different ways. There is something in the menu about "Microsoft Exchange," which I don't understand, but couldn't add the WebTV addy using it anyway.

I also haven't been able to add my Fastmail addy.

I did, however, successfully add my Yahoo and Verizon.net addies.

Has anyone here successfully added a WebTV, Hotmail, or Outlook.com addy to their Android tablet or smartphone?
