1) I have never been able to figure out those BOOKMARKS either>>LOL>>which is why when I am on a site, wherever, I hit that little SETTINGS thing, similar to CHROME, those HORIZONTAL LINES near upper right. And then I touch, "Add to homescreen." That way, I have ICONNED every single place I go to, even more convenient than BOOKMARKS, at least to me.

And Skype (OK LET ME BOOT IT UP AGAIN)>>>Doesn’t appear that you can, not seeing that in the, "Settings," similar HORIZONTAL lines to get into settings. Do not see a Clear Call History option, which has never concerned me. If you have a regular PC, desktop, whatever, you can probably do that from there, not on the Chromebooks obviously :-)
