I noticed all the same things, slipped through the case, since it fit my earlier crappo one better, but slightly bending in the tabs resolved that, very snug now. And I thought the same on that ONLY one USB, about the charging VS using the KB, but like I said, that charge last me near a week, getting on it to make that occasional SKYPE call, a quick email, FB check and back off.

I believe that you'll get used to it, and appreciate it for what it is, especially at THAT price. Remember you were AS me looking for a convenient way to SKYPE call (Me always using earbuds, because of that low volume and the called person hearing themselves echo). That speaker might actually be louder outside its' case. Heck the CB's speaker isn't very loud either, but better that that tablet. Just look at it this way, primarily for SKYPE, beating the hell out of the cost of an IPhone or other smartphones, and once you get comfortable doing more, all that will be gravy. Also bringing up, the "GOOGLE," APP. voice search works great too. Have fun.
