Yeah, I remember the craze for clownfish after Finding Nemo. There are also some tropical fish where it's really hard to find non-wild-caught sources. And there's enough people that are okay with getting wild caught fish to the point where I guess it's still profitable. I really want to get into Pea Puffers, but it's hard to find ones that are captive-bred. I feel like the case where the species is invasive and is causing problems is an exception if there is research shows it's okay to do.
