I just saw this post in FB and came here to see if y'alluns had the news. I don't see it so here's a copy of what she had to say. It speaks for itself.

"Well I usually post asking for prayers and I do so again today.
On Wednesday morning something I’ve been worried about happened. I fell in my bathroom and couldn’t get up. I contacted a friend to come help me up. By the time he got there I knew I was not going to be able to stand. The paramedics
were called. They got me in a flat chair type of thing because the turn into the hallway was very tight. It was so tight my left slipper came off and only my right slipper made it to the hospital. Since I was in the bathroom to cleanup I didn’t have my glasses on and they didn’t make it to the hospital either. After several hours it was determined that I had broken my femur up near the hip. I was thinking I was going to need a hip replacement as bad as it was hurting.
When I finally talked to the surgeon he said where the break was it would be best to fix the fracture with pins and rods. I had the surgery last night and it went well.
Plan now is a few days of pt and ot here then go to rehab. They said it would be 6 weeks for complete healing.
I had my first pt and ot today. It was rough getting to sitting up but once there I said I didn’t think I could stand. Well, I sucked it up and did stand and did a couple side steps to get closer to the head of the bed. It was a busy morning with other tests and my veins not cooperating when they wanted to move the IV to my left arm.
I’m done for today. Just got my second pain pill for the day and I am going to chill for the rest of the day.
I do have my glasses so I was able to finally make a post."
