Good afternoon, everyone.

Currently 53 headed to 56 and rain is continuing. We've been slow and steady with rain since this storm started, but we got hammered this morning. Our city has the creeks overflowing, flash flood watches and mudslides' along with traffic accidents.

Our tract has very good drainage so not an issue for us, however there is street and houses flooding in parts of the city not that far from us.
