And HAPPY 27th and 25th ANNIVERSARIES!!! What??? You didn’t know it was our Anniversaries?? Well, in the years 1999 and 2001, on these two past weekends, the PHJC’s surprised/gifted all of us, with not one, but TWO, never before seen or ever experienced, spectacular two-day Reunions!!! They started off with Mass to get us together, and then there was softball games, and Wing-pin giveaways, and T-shirt buying, and lots of camaraderie, and getting to re-know each other, and catching up, and rehashing, like who was with who, and who’s with who now!!! And just alot of catching up and getting back that AGO Comfort that had been missed since at least 1974 and for some, many years before!!!
And I’m sure we need to give credit to “the Internet”, but aren’t we all glad that each one of the Sisters kept lots of phone numbers and addresses all those years between 1974 and 1999, and put all their heads and numbers together, and consolidated efforts and came up with a comprehensive list of AGOers!!! Even tho the AGO Office doors closed years earlier, and not many “kids” were living in the same place since then!!! I, for one, am Very Glad!!! I think you might be too!!!
Well, come and celebrate our ANNIVERSARIES and have lunch at the Greenhouse/Cottage 22 on THIS WEDNESDAY, July 22!!!! The Greenhouse is closed on the 29th so we are meeting on the 22nd instead!!! We’ll be there from Noon till about 2pm!!! Maybe some people can bring pictures from the Reunions!!! Wow!!!
