Hi Homekids!!!
With all the excitement of those St. Leo Choir Boys……and voting, I knew time was running out to post a new subject!!!
AGO Last Wednesday Lunch got a new kid!!! Really, y’know a New Kid!!! Well sorta an Old New Kid!!!! Really!! Last week a “Homekid” who used to be at AGO IN 1937 found his way, with his wife and son-in-law, to visit his old home! Which was AGO!!!When they were checking out Misericordia, they came over to the Greenhouse/Cottage 22!!! And the staff of the Greenhouse told the Homekid that Lots of Homekids meet there on the last Wednesday of the month!!! Soooo this OldNew Kid did what any other Homekid would do! And that was to come back on the last Wed. of August and see who shows up!!!So when our more current Homekids came to lunch today they met the Homekid from 1937!!! Isn’t that a great story??? Doesn’t that make you want to come every month??? It sure makes me want to!!! He was there before my Mom and her siblings were here! (1939-45+47)you never know who is gonna show up!!!
