Angel Guardian Brothers and Sisters! I lived at Maryville Academy for 10 years, 1956-1965, similar to AGO, with nuns, priests and brothers teaching and supervising us. Every orphanage had a couple of whackos. We survived and now, continue to stay in touch with my Maryville Family. Our Maryville 8th grade football teams would have unbelievably tough games with the AGO teams and it was a blood game, always. I respect the tough and great kids we competed against at AGO and distinctly remember the AGO football field! AGO is an historical Chicago Institution! Don Fitzgerald's brother, Timothy, is an AGO grad and longtime Family friend!
