It was Me, and Gail Berrier, and Betsy Waffle, and Eileen (La) Devine!!! 3-43ers and 1-42er!!!
It was a great breakfast and even greater walk around our Old Stomping Grounds!!!
After we finished our breakfast, Mr. Bob Noga stopped by our table with little “Mis” bags for each one of us!!! WoW…What a treat!!! Then as we went to leave, a Staff person came to let us know that Mr. Bob Noga took care of our bill!!! Another great treat!!!
We had wanted to.go in a tour but the staff assured me that they don’t give tours on Sundays!!! So I asked if we could walk around a bit…and they said “Sure”!!! Sooo we took a stroll reliving all the funness there was just a few years ago!!! It was great walking right where the helicopter landed with Santa inside! And standing where the Laundry used to be, and the Infirmary, and the dining rooms, and the swimming pool, and the girls’ yard, and the high school boys building where they would hang out of the windows and yell to the girls playing volleyball and longball, and to walk past the infirmary and where the office was and the band room, and where the kids would sit on the brick wall, and where the auditorium used to be!
By the time we got back to the car about an hour later we had relived many years worth of memories that will live forever in our heads!!!!
We even got to stop and take some pictures with our Memorable Monument!!! Isn’t she Beautiful???
If you ever have the idea to go for a visit….follow through and do it!!! It was sooo much fun!!!
Here’s a few pics of our fun!!! Sooo glad we went!!!
