A - Toronto
B - Paris
C - Rome
D - Salt Lake City
Answer: B - PARIS
Parisians aren’t renowned for their considerate driving, but it might just be because they don’t have the necessary street signage. Paris is the only major capital in the Western world that doesn’t have a single stop sign. In Paris, cars don’t come to a full stop at any intersection without a traffic light. Cars on the right have the right of way, at both intersections and in traffic circles. Paris hasn’t always been a stop-sign-free metropolis though. The city did have one stop sign at one point, situated in Paris’s 16th district. Despite this sign’s unique claim to fame, it disappeared six years ago and has never returned.
