I liked Riviera Beach. I had Marley, Sun.Valley and the beach, all the way to Fort Smallwood. Which at the time was Baltimore City’s responsibility. City cops were running emergency for fights at fishing spots at the wall. The fishermen had coolers of beer. I would back them up. Baltimore City said crap on this and gave it to Anne Arundel County. Too far for them to go. I still get in free by showing my police id. Saves 6 bucks.
