Andy, look at the pictures. A lot going on as you can see. I took those about two weeks ago. All the old stuff is gone!! The derricks and barges are running their propellers off. A lot left to do. Fort Armistead Road is has a construction site gated-off where the prefab stuff is being assembled. I’ll try to sneak in. I have a white helmet. Just might work.
