zeke, there was never a diner on Church street in Brooklyn while we were on the force. Believe me, I know. Church street ran from Ritchie highway to Curtis Avenue in Curtis Bay, which is Balto City. The only restaurant on Church street was a Bar that served food, Milts Rendezvous. They had the best Pizza in the world. Back when I was just a kid there was a restaurant on the corner of Church and 6th street called "the corner Drive Inn" but that was long gone by the time I came on in 1969.
