We all had Kell lights in Brooklyn. It seemed like they bounced off hard objects ( skulls ) . Ingley’s didn’t. I asked him about it and he showed me how he had changed the wiring so as to eliminate two batteries he filled the space created with something that looked like concrete . Result … no bounce .
