This brings me to another issue with Rick Davis….I got a call yesterday from Zeke. I was getting breakfast at the Honey Bee when he called. He asked if I heard about the Inner Harbor being shut down? I said hell yes. He asked where the police were in Baltimore City. I said they are so out-gunned by the gangs they can’t do crap to save that once nice venue.
Zeke keeps in close touch with Rick.
He says Rick is near his end dealing with kidney failure. Rick wants anyone who knows him, or NOT to call him. I spoke to Rick when I met Zeke to give him a hat.
